02 / Strategic Partnership

Strategic Industry Partnership

For aviation and technology organizations that can create meaningful commercial or platform value.

Aircraft Authority is looking for a small number of aviation and technology organizations whose capabilities can create real commercial or platform value.

Who We Want to Hear From

Organizations already operating inside the aviation ecosystem — or serving it with technology — where a working relationship would be materially better than building the same capability alone.

  • Aviation data providers
  • Platforms with APIs and integration surfaces
  • Companies with aircraft-owner or operator access
  • Distribution and customer-acquisition partners
  • OEMs and OEM-adjacent organizations
  • Maintenance systems and MRO networks
  • Avionics companies
  • Aircraft finance, insurance, escrow and title providers
  • Transaction services and marketplaces
  • FBO and flight-training networks
  • Aviation media

What You Might Bring

  • Data exchange or licensed data
  • APIs and technical integrations
  • Distribution into an existing customer base
  • Access to aircraft owners and operators
  • Commercial services the platform would otherwise source
  • Industry relationships and category credibility

What Aircraft Authority Evaluates

  • Whether the capability is genuinely differentiated
  • Whether the relationship is mutually valuable, not one-directional
  • Ability to execute and support a working integration
  • Reach, quality and relevance of the underlying customer base
  • Whether a commercial structure can be defined cleanly

Commercial First

Strategic partnership does not automatically mean equity. Aircraft Authority generally expects ordinary partnerships to be structured commercially — through data exchange, licensing, integrations, distribution, referrals, revenue share, commercial agreements, co-marketing, or other mutually beneficial structures.

Only exceptional relationships may later be considered for strategic equity, and that is evaluated separately and individually.

Qualification Process

  • Initial qualification describing your organization and proposed capability
  • Deeper qualification for selected organizations
  • Individual review by Aircraft Authority
  • Controlled release of further information only after approval

If Selected

You will be contacted to define scope, and any partnership materials are shared only after approval. Submitting a qualification does not create a partnership or any obligation on either side.
